OUR MENUS
We usually keep our menus secret until the moment we reveal them to your guests at the table. It adds to the allure that makes PS UNDERGROUND stand out. Our menus are crafted to be an integral part of the event's theme. For example, if we’re going with a Broadway theme, the dishes might draw inspiration from the eateries along “The Great White Way.” On the other hand, for a “Woodstock” dinner, the menu could reflect the fresh produce from the farm where that legendary concert happened. Our menus are as varied as the themes we provide, and they can often be tailored to include your favorite foods or preferences. Our chef is more than happy to accommodate dietary needs if you give us a heads up in advance. If you are booking a private event, you, as the client, can choose how much or how little you want to be involved in the menu planning process.
