In the late 1960s and early 1970s, folk, country, blues, pop and rock musicians flocked to LA's Laurel Canyon, where they found community, and musical collaboration. These artists thrived in an idyllic, self-created world where a group of disparate friends grew together to become some of the best known musicians of the 20th century. Joni Mitchell, Linda Ronstadt, The Byrds, John Mayall, the Doors, and Crosby, Stills & Nash all lived within walking distance of each other and would routinely hang out jamming together into the wee hours.

The most famous of these jams took place in Mama Cass's backyard, where the music flowed and the grill was ablaze with the best barbecue California had to offer. Join PS UNDERGROUND and THE GAND BAND as we celebrate the culture, creativity, and music of the Laurel Canyon scene.

Like the California sound many of them made famous, this is a mellow, relaxed affair, and includes a secret four-course meal, free-flowing beer, wine, and specialty cocktails. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions at the time of purchase and our culinary team will gladly accommodate most requests. We look forward to welcoming you to a beautiful evening of songs and lore from Laurel Canyon!
