This immersive live musical dining extravaganza pays homage to the jewel of our Palm Springs crown: the Plaza Theatre. Since its opening night in 1936, world premieres of films like ‘Camille’, ‘Music Man’, and ‘My Fair Lady’ were interspersed with live performances by the biggest stars of the times. Frank Sinatra, Bob Hope, Sammy Davis Jr., Rosemary Clooney, Louis Armstrong, and Leslie Gore, among others, shared their talents on the Plaza Theatre’s stage to sold-out houses (filled with equally famous stars in the audience!).

This historic and much-loved landmark will soon shine again; reborn into the artist colony that is Palm Springs. Join us as we celebrate the movies, shows, and illustrious celebrities that have graced the Plaza Theatre’s stage.

You won’t want to miss our special tribute to “The Fabulous Palm Springs Follies”, who spent more than 2 decades at the Plaza. Their toe-tapping music, fantastic variety acts, and a long list of guest stars shared the stage with a cast of performers aged 55 and older. We will feature three of the cast members from the Follies who were on the stage for the final performance.

Our musical journey takes you back in time to the heyday of Palm Springs; when people dressed for dinner, attended movies in style, and reveled in the glamour and glitz that was and will be again at the Plaza Theatre.

Your culinary adventure includes free-flowing specialty cocktails, wine, and beer, and a stunning four-course meal created by Chef David Horgen, who has been tantalizing diners in the desert for years with his unique approach to food. Join us at the table for this spectacular step back in time!
